Consulting Services
My consulting work is grounded in more than 30 years of experience in disability services and over two decades of practice as a rehabilitation psychologist. I provide consultation services to healthcare organizations, rehabilitation programs, research teams, educational institutions, athletic organizations, and community-based agencies.
Because each organization has unique goals and challenges, consulting engagements vary in scope, format, and fee.
Examples of recent consulting work include:
Team and organizational development, including improving interdisciplinary rehabilitation services, program evaluation, strategic planning, and optimizing team performance in healthcare and athletic settings
Clinical training and supervision for master's- and doctoral-level mental health, rehabilitation, and healthcare professionals, with particular expertise in disability, chronic health conditions, and neurological disorders
Clinical research consultation, including study design, implementation, data interpretation, dissemination, and translation of research findings into practice
Consulting services may be provided as one-time meetings, workshops, or presentations, or as ongoing partnerships involving regularly scheduled consultation, supervision, training, or program development.
Whether you are seeking support for a specific project or a long-term initiative, I work collaboratively with organizations to identify practical solutions that align with their goals, values, and resources.
